As the title suggests Low resistance measurement is exactly that, the measurement of small values of resistance, these are typically performed by using an Ohmmeter (an instrument developed to measure the resistance).
According to Ohms Law, resistance can be calculated by measurement of the two other key components of electrical principles, those being Voltage and Current. In simple terms the resistance can be calculated by passing a known current across the item under test and measuring the voltage drop from one end of the sample to the other.
