What test can you do with the 110V adaptor?
The 110V adaptor will allow you to carry out Earth Continuity and Insulation Resistance but the live and neutral are wired together within the plug to prevent the adaptor being used to power 110v equipment with a 240v supply,
The only test that cannot be carried out using the adaptor is the polarity test, this however is covered by the visual inspection as there are no moulded plugs on 110V equipment/leads.
